n8n is a node-based workflow automation tool. You connect nodes together — a trigger, an HTTP request, a transform, a destination — and n8n runs the chain. OnlyFAPI slots in as a plain HTTP Request node: give it a username, get back a structured object, and feed it downstream.
Set up the HTTP Request node
Add an HTTP Request node to your canvas. Set the method to GET and the URL to the OnlyFAPI profile endpoint with a username. Add two headers: your RapidAPI host and your RapidAPI key.
https://onlyfans-profile-scraper2.p.rapidapi.com/profile/{{ $json.username }}The {{ $json.username }} expression pulls the username from the previous node — a spreadsheet row, a webhook payload, or any upstream data source.
{
"x-rapidapi-host": "onlyfans-profile-scraper2.p.rapidapi.com",
"x-rapidapi-key": "YOUR_RAPIDAPI_KEY"
}Use the response downstream
After the HTTP Request node runs, the response is available as $json in every downstream node. Common patterns:
- Write $json.subscribePrice and $json.postsCount into an Airtable record.
- Filter on $json.isVerified === true before sending a Slack alert.
- Branch on $json.isAdultContent to route NSFW profiles to a separate queue.
- Schedule the workflow hourly with a Cron trigger to track changes.
{{ $json.name }} — {{ $json.subscribePrice }}/mo, {{ $json.postsCount }} posts, joined {{ $json.joinDate.slice(0, 4) }}See the Fields reference on the homepage for the full list of keys you can use in n8n expressions.
